Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Whole Wheat "pizza dough" from Trader Joe's
- Evenly coat bottom of cookie sheet with EVOO


Tomato Side-

  • Form dough to cookie sheet and drizzle liberally Oli+Ve garlic oil over all
  • 2,3,4 (lost count) garlic cloves, minced (1/2 for tomato side and 1/2 for rosemary side)
  • tomatoes, sliced (2 tomatoes for half of the flatbread)
  • 3-4 basil leaves, chopped
Rosemary Side-
  • Drizzle Oli+Ve Rosemary fused oil over remaining half of dough
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 of minced garlic 
  • (optional) - fresh rosemary
Cook at 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  As soon as bread is removed from oven, drizzle with favorite olive oil and season with sea salt.
