SUMMARY:Build a Board 101 & Wine Tasting
DESCRIPTION:This was such a popular class in January we are bringing it back!  Join us for an evening of cheese\, charcuterie\, and clean-crafted wine.   Learn what goes into ( and what doesn’t) the production of clean-crafted wine\, while enjoying delicious cheese and charcuterie pairings.  You will be led through a hands-on tutorial for assembling the perfect charcuterie grazing board\, as well as a wine tasting.  The tips and tricks you learn can be applied to a small board (for 1 or two) up to a large gathering.  CLASS IS LIMITED TO 10 so sign up quickly.
