Learn what goes into (and what doesn’t) in the production of clean crafted wine while enjoying delicious cheese pairings along with popular and seasonal food items.  You will be led through a hands-on tutorial for assembling a perfect grazing board and given tips and tricks to use for building a board for one up to a board for a large gathering.
