-All nighttime cooking classes are limited to 16 unless otherwise noted and reservations must be made 2 days prior to the class. Any class not meeting the minimum number of guests (10) 48 hours prior to class time may be cancelled and your money will be refunded.
– Cancellation of your reservation within 2 days of the class cannot be accommodated, but if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.
– Parking is anywhere in the parking lot to the side and behind Oli+Ve and is free. If full, behind our shop is a drive that goes down the hill to The Pie Hole where there a few spots as well. This lot is open to the public after 6pm so it is recommended that you arrive early to find a spot.
Holiday Themed Build a Board & Wine Tasting
December 14 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
With the focus on red, green, and white, Caitlin will lead you step-by-step on how to build a wonderful and tasty cheese and charcuterie Board that would be perfect for Christmas entertaining. You will also be shown how to make a homemade Peppermint Bark that can be added to your board for a festive treat and a simple way to elevate your champagne toast with a balsamic! This is a hands-on class. After building your board each cheese will be paired with a clean-crafted wine. Take note that each person will be building their own board and this is your dinner. (no need to eat before class) Also, no need to take notes. Each attendee will be sent a re-cap email with links to items discussed in class and tips and tricks that were mentioned during class.
