- Please register early to reserve a seat and to prevent class from being cancelled or rescheduled. Any class not meeting the minimum number of guests 48 hours prior to class time may be rescheduled or cancelled. We take all major credit cards in person or over the phone and payment is made at time of registration.
- Please treat your paid class reservation as you would any other “event” ticket and understand that once you have purchased the class, we cannot issue refunds. However, if you have a change of plans more than 5 days prior to the class, we will issue you an Oli+Ve gift certificate that can be used for another class. Cancellation of your reservation within 2 days of the class cannot be accommodated, but if you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.
- Please note that a wine tasting will be part of each class and provided so there is no need to BYOB.
- We have limited spots behind our shop for parking. The whole lot is available for public parking after 6pm so it fills up quickly on certain nights. There is also available parking down by the Pie Hole. Please be early enough to secure a spot so we can start on time.

🇮🇹 Italian Fashion Meets Italian Truffles
DISMERO, the Italian fashion brand founded in 1987 by designer and stylist Andy D’Auria, is known for its signature “chic casual” style—beautifully made in Italy using high-end fabrics, advanced manufacturing and an exceptional attention to fit.
Our relationship with Andy goes back years. Along with his fashion, Andy began importing a line of exceptional Italian truffle products, which we’ve proudly carried at Oli+Ve.
The truffles are harvested exclusively from the forests of Italy, particularly the Molise region, where the land remains protected from industrial agriculture and the use of pesticides and fertilizers.
A Taste of Italy
As you browse and try on the latest Italian fashions, you’ll have the opportunity to sample hors d’oeuvres prepared with Andy’s truffle products, along with a taste of his Truffle Risotto and sips of Champagne.
Fashion to Try On & Take Home
You’ll be able to preview and try on pieces of DISMEROS’s upcoming Fall/Winter designs, while enjoying the opportunity to take home your favorite pieces that night. Also, you will be available to see the Spring/Summer lookbooks for 2027 with Spring deliveries in Jan/Feb 2027.
