You will learn tips for mastering grazing boards for gatherings both large and small, and even a few takeaways for how to theme them for your next event. This popular monthly class is hands-on. Join us for an evening full of cheese, charcuterie, and delicious wine pairings. You will be building a board for one and and after doing so, Caitlin will begin to pair a wine with each of your cheeses and you will consume your board! This is your dinner…no need to eat beforehand.
