Each Salad Lover’s Gift Set contains three (60ml) Fresh infused or fused Extra Virgin Olive oils and three (60ml) Aged Balsamics that can be paired together or used separately. A description card is attached to the gift with the information on each oil and vinegar.
Herbs de Provence Olive oil and Tangerine Balsamic: With top notes of savory, thyme, and bay leaf, our all natural Herbs de Provence infused olive oil is a show stopper when drizzled over grilled chicken, rubbed on turkey before roasting, for bread dipping,in aioli, or over fish. Pair with the Tangerine balsamic for a superb vinaigrette. Tangerine balsamic, reduced, is wonderful over fish as well.

It makes a show-stopping white balsamic grapefruit granita! Our Lemon Olive Oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh Eureka lemons together with early harvest, certified organic olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavor is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Yet this versatile oil can also be used to bake sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes and in granola. It’s fabulous in marinades, dressings on salads, vegetables and more.
Basil EVOO and Strawberry Balsamic: Paired together, and drizzled on top of mixed greens with feta cheese and toasted nuts, this vinaigrette presents a wonderful, savory and sweet flavor. Basil oil, alone, is excellent for a caprese salad or drizzled over fresh cooked pasta with a few grates of fresh parmesan cheese. Both sour and tart, our strawberry balsamic vinegar is the result of adding natural essence of strawberry to our balsamic. Use as a vinegar or try as a condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medleys or vanilla ice cream.
