This soy sauce is imported from a village in Japan and fermented from the finest soy grown in Fukuoka and Saga prefectures. Aged from 2-20 years, then blended to reflect balance, acidity, salinity and richness. Once our customers taste and use, they are hooked! Recommended to use as a finishing sauce, for dipping sauces, or as a marinade.
