Al Fresco dining in the spring means a Picnic! This casual style of dining is most favorable during the spring, summer, and fall months and is often festive and party-like in its atmosphere. You will be led through how to pack the perfect meal to be eaten outdoors. After this class you will want to shake out the blanket, pull out the basket and head for your favorite spot.

Get ready for Four Quarters, 18 holes, poker, or all of the above with this fun and great way of entertaining. Learn how to curate a grazing board complete with everything you need to serve everything from snacks to small bites for the big game, the next big tournament, or simply a night of cards. Everything is served grazing board style for easy service and even easier cleanup! And don’t forget the clean crafted cocktails… each is made with Oli+Ve flavored balsamics and can be made in advance.
