Blood Orange


As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, they are pressed together to form this beautiful agrumato or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. It is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads, and much more.   Enjoy this blended with a white balsamic vinegar for a lively, tart vinaigrette, a dark balsamic vinegar for topping from ice cream to cakes, blended with our Sicilian Lemon balsamic for citrus salads or with our Espresso balsamic for a taste of fine orange cocoa in the villages of France!

Pairs well with:  Blackberry Ginger, Blueberry, Cinnamon Pear, Coconut, Black Mission Fig, Espresso, Honey Ginger, Jalapeño, Maple, Peach, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Red Apple, Sicilian Lemon, Strawberry and Vanilla Balsamic Vinegars.
