Made with natural ingredients, our aged fig balsamic vinegar from Modena is thick and ripe, bursting with fig flavor.  This has been one of our top sellers since we opened.  Use to drizzle on cheese, to marinate steaks and pork, or in a vinaigrette.

Pairs well with:  Garlic, Herbs de Provence, and Tuscan Herb infused olive oils and Blood Orange and Lemon fused olive oils.
