Floral, sweet and slightly herbaceous, our Lavender Balsamic captures the essence of this ancient flower. Hesitant to carry this in our shop at first because I always think of Lavender as a scent but after bringing it in it has been a hit! Pair with chicken, use in vinaigrettes, over ice cream and with fresh fruits and berries.
Pairs well with: Herbs de Provence, Persian Lime, Basil, and Chipotle infused olive oils or Lemon fused olive oil.
