This is a sharp, white balsamic vinegar, infused with the exquisite flavor of Oregano to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor. It’s a perfect compliment to a wide variety of oils and will create superb vinaigrettes. Makes a wonderful Greek dressing paired with an EVOO, dried oregano, fresh lemon juice, fresh minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper.
