Build a Board and Wine Tasting

This hands-on class is very popular so sign up soon to ensure a spot. This class is an evening full of cheese, charcuterie and clean-crafted wine. Learn what goes into (and what doesn’t) in the production of clean crafted wine while enjoying delicious cheese pairings along with popular and seasonal food items. You will be led through a hands-on tutorial for assembling a perfect grazing board and given tips and tricks to use for building a board for one up to a board for a large gathering. After constructing your board, a wine will be paired with each of your cheeses and you will enjoy consuming…this is your dinner!
