Build a Board and Wine Tasting (Valentine inspired)

This popular monthly hands-on class is an evening full of cheese, charcuterie and clean-crafted wine. This month’s class will be geared towards Valentine’s day with touches of red, pink and white. (If you aren’t coming with your valentine, this is great inspiration to make on Valentine’s Day!) Learn what goes into (and what doesn’t) in the production of clean crafted wine while enjoying delicious cheese pairings along with popular and seasonal food items. You will be led through a hands-on tutorial for assembling a perfect grazing board and given tips and tricks to use for building a board for one up to a board for a large gathering. After constructing your board, a wine will be paired with each of your cheeses and you will enjoy consuming…. this is your dinner!

Join us for this very popular hands-on monthly class led by Caitlin of Fit to Entertain out of Savannah. This month will be a more in-depth conversation on cheese and wine pairings. Great class both for those who have already taken the 101 class and those who have not. Below is the wine that has been chosen to go with your board (subject to change, based on availability).
