Springtime is the perfect time to switch to lighter, more refreshing flavors and this five course menu is full of citrus celebration! The purpose of our classes is to showcase how you can use our oils and vinegars to prepare meals that your family and friends will rave over. Caitlin of Fit to Entertain will take you step-by-step through each course with different pro tips and information you can take back home and recreate in your own kitchen. You will be taken step-by-step how each course is prepared, along with pro tips on techniques and even entertaining. Kick off the evening with a tantalizing olive oil tasting experience at Oli+Ve where you will savor the fresh flavors of premium olive oils. Then, venture to Osteria Mattone, conveniently located within walking distance. Here, you will indulge in a delectable 5-course tasting menu crafted by the chef, highlighting Oli+Ve’s olive oils and aged balsamics and served in your own private “nook”. Elevate your dining experience by opting for the wine pairing, expertly curated by Osteria Mattone’s sommelier, to complement each course perfectly. The wine pairing is an additional cost of $40 (and is optional). If you prefer, you can order a la carte from the full bar.
